Days Calculator
Quickly Determine the Time Difference Between Any Two Dates
Need to know exactly how long a project took or how many days are left until your vacation? Our Free Days Calculator is the simplest way to find the duration between two points in time. Whether you are calculating business deadlines, tracking a pregnancy, or counting down to a holiday, this tool provides instant accuracy.
Unlike a manual calendar check, our tool automatically accounts for leap years and varying month lengths, ensuring you get a precise count every time. You can choose to include or exclude the end date to match your specific counting needs.
What can you calculate with this tool?
-
Total Days: The exact count of days from start to finish.
-
Time Breakdown: See the difference expressed in weeks, months, and years.
-
Project Planning: Determine the length of a contract or school semester.
-
100% Free & Fast: No manual counting or calendars required on HelpingWebTools.com.
Does the calculator include the end date? By default, most day counters calculate the difference between dates (not including the last day). However, our tool allows you to toggle "Include End Date" if you need to count the final day as a full working day.
How does the calculator handle Leap Years? Our Days Calculator is programmed with the Gregorian calendar logic. It automatically detects if a February 29th falls between your two selected dates and adds the extra day to the total count.
Can I use this to find out how many days old I am? Yes! Simply enter your birth date as the "Start Date" and today's date as the "End Date." While we also have a dedicated Age Calculator, this tool is great for seeing your age strictly in total days.
How many weeks are in a specific number of days? Once you calculate the days, our tool provides a breakdown. Simply divide the total days by 7 to get the weeks. For example, 100 days is approximately 14 weeks and 2 days.
Is my date data kept private? Absolutely. At HelpingWebTools.com, we do not store the dates you input. All calculations happen locally in your browser session for maximum privacy.
